Posterior Thoraco-Lumbar System

The Mont Blanc is a complete system of implants and instruments for intervertebral fixation by arthrodesis during surgery of the thoraco-lumbar spine, by posterior approach.

Indications:

• Focal instability in the thoraco-lumbo-sacral spine

• Vertebral deformation such as excessive kyphosis or lordosis, scoliosis
• Failed prior surgery
• Spondylolisthesis type I
• Spondylolysis
